We here  at  MENSOME  want to  delight  you with our product  and service and we want  to create a great shopping  experience , every single  time you trust  us with  your purchase.

 

How do I cancel an order on MENSOME ?

 If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hour of placing the order.

For outright cancellation by you:

  1. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped , we will refund the entire amount.
  2. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped.it will be eligible for replacement or store credit/ net banking refund (only  in case  of defective  product)

 

ACCESSORIES AND GIFTING(EXCLUDING DEODORANT KIT AND GROOMING KIT)

7 DAYS OF NO QUESTION ASKED REFUNDS:

If for any reason  you are not satisfied  with the quality of the product we sent  you , we will refund you entire purchase price in the mode and in the same account through which the payment has been done and in case of cash on delivery , we would  give you  store credit of equal amount. We believe that you should be  completely  happy  with our product. If your product was not everything you had hoped for, please email us contactmensome@gmail.com.

 Below are a few thing that you need to ensure

  1. If you wish to return the product, you have to raise a return request within 7days after the product is delivered to you.
  2. Product should be in sellable condition with all tags intact and in their original packing, undamaged and unwashed.
  3. As the product get returned and received by us, you can either opt for store credit back or a refund voucher.

Note: your bank may taken 4-7days to credit the amount bank in your account but the amount will be refunded from our side with in  the said time.

If you think, you have received the product in bad condition  or if the packaging is tampered with or damage before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package  to the delivery person. Also, please contact us (follow the link ) or  email us  at contactmensome@gmail.com mentioning your order id. We will personally  ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that  the originally product tag  and packing is intact  when you send us the product back.

Apart of condition reserved herein above, the following product shall be not  eligible for return  or replacement, viz :

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product .
  2. Any product that is returned without all original packing and accessories , including the retail box. Manuals, cables, and all other  items  originally included the product at the time  of delivery.
  3. Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damage, altered or  otherwise unreadable serial number:

       

GROOMING , DEODORANTS , DEODORANT KIT AND GROOMING KIT

 

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept exchange or returns on our above said products. We will only consider returns/replacements/refund if your order(s) is in a damaged/defective state or is expired or in case you’ve received an incorrect product. Such products will only be considered if they are in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. 

Note: Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.

How do I return an item purchased on MENSOME?

  • Write to our Customer Support team via email at contactmensome@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide us with your order ID details and your request to replace your order. Kindly email images of the product from 2-3 angles or a video capturing your concern and the invoice for our reference.
  • We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process for the damaged / defective / expired / wrong product only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels intact.
  • In case your order is eligible for replacement, the new order will be shipped in 24-48 hours.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the product is damaged due to mishandling.
  • If the product has been used or altered.
  • If a request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery.
